You stood nevously outside the tattoo parlor, it was your 18th birthday and you could finally get a tattoo. As you opened the door the bell above made a light 'ding' sound, a woman with many tattoos on her arms greeted you.
"Welcome to Ink, what kind of tattoo would you like?" she asked kindly and you fiddled with the paper that had you zodiac symbol printed onto it.
"I wanted my zodiac symbol on my arm" you listend to the buzzing of the needle, most of the seat were taken except on in the back.
"Alright, follow me please" she led you back towards the seat, closing the curtain once you sat down. You nearly ripped the paper you were so anxious, you always wanted a tattoo but now you were having second thoughts.
A few minutes passed and you considered getting up and leave. Just as you were about to stand a man opened the curtain. He had black hair and wore a black shirt, his arms were covered with various tattoos. The strangest thing was he had red eyes, he strode in and took a seat on the stool next to you. You pulled up your legs and sat back down.
"My name is Kiku, whats is yours?" he asked not truely paying attention.
"(Name)" you replied, he put on a pair of rubber gloves.
"And do you have a tattoo design?" you quickly handed him the paper, he stared at it for a moment and smirked.
"So your a (zodiac sign) very nice" He sat the paper down and prepared a needle with black ink.
"T-this won't hurt will it?" your voice was nervous and trembling, you always feared pain, dull pain to be more specific.
"No, you can't move or it might slip me up" you tensed.
"The more tensed you are the more it will hurt, where do you want it?" you printed to the top of your arm. He placed the needle just above your skin, staring intently at your zodiac symbol.
"Don't you have to get an outline or something?" he looked up at you and luaugh, you felt your cheeks warm up. The needle was tured on, once it made contact with your skin it burned but it didn't really hurt. You sighed in relief but remained perfectly still watching him work. You had casual small talk with him, he never fully looked away from you. If only you could tell what he was thinking.
'Her skin is so blank, she needs more tattoos many more" he thought beguinning to fill in your zodiac symbol. He was very nice and not to bad looking if you did say so yourself, he began to ponder if he should ask you out now or never see you again.
"Would you like to meet me for tea sometime?" he asked not looking at you, you paused and looked at him.
"Sure" you smiled he managed a small one and continued his work on your arm, there was small chit chat inbetween times when he would clean your tattoo.
He finally finished and rolled across the small room and cleaned his needle. You stood and where anout to leave when he grabbed your hand, you blushed and let him lead you out.
"Jenny I'm taking a break" he said looking at her, she nodded and went back to working.
"Where are we going?" you asked raising an eyebrow.
"Theres a tea shop a few stores down" You let him take you to this tea shop, it looked a oriental because from the muliple decorations. Walking in you could see it wasn't very busy, you were quickly taken to the first table by a waitress.
"So what do you like?" he questioned looking at the small menu as if to not make eye contact.
"Well I like to (insert favorite hobby)" you said fidgiting in your seat, this was going really fast.
"I like to give people tattoos., you would look so pretty with more your skin is perfect" he smirked at you, your face became warm. You had perfect skin for tattoos, that was one of the nicest compliments you got for a man. The whole time you had spoke of tattoos and (fav hobbie), he did pay attention he just never showed it.
You began to smile more and more around him, when you left you had both begun dating. Everytime he was so nice, always complimenting you. He even got a Tattoo of your name on his pec, he made you feel incredably speacial. But then there was that one day that you weren't expecting.
"ughhhhh!" you groaned waking you, the back of your neck burned like something was rubbing against it. You groggiley walked towards the bathroom you and Kiku started to share after dating for a while. You grabbed a mirror to see what it was, you froze. On the back of your neck 'Property Of Kiku' was Tattooed in Black.
"KIKU!" you yelled running into the kitchen.
"Why did you do this?" You nearly yelled at him holding up your hair to show your tatto. Kiku who wasn't wearing a shirt just hugged your waist.
"K-kiku?" you stuttered.
"(name) will you marry me?" he sat his chin on your shoulder and looked into your eyes, one of the rare times he did.
"Yes yes yes!" you squealed tackling him onto the floor.
Da end ;3
